Responsibilities:

We are looking for a reliable, organized Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager to join our organization. If you think you have what it takes, come, and transform with us! To provide all tiers of sales support and establish strong relationships with designated bank partners Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with bank partners to drive new initiatives Oversee the business groups in achieving different KPIs and pre-committed business targets for designated banks. Act as a contact point between the Company and Bank Partners Take regular feedback from Shareholder and customers on satisfaction with the selling process and products Review the Sales plan of the partner and support their growth Develop and roll out continuous training program covering product knowledge, sales strategies, business development, addressing objections, sales operation and procedure, and other areas for the bank's front-line employees. Liaise with internal departments to meet the requirements of bank partners Develop & implement business strategies. Ensure strong visibility of the organization in the assigned business area.
