Job Responsibilities
Attract talents the hiring process in an effective manner
Reviewing job applications, conducting interviews, and hiring talents in an efficient and timely manner
Formulating and interpreting HR policies aligned with the country's Labor Law, rules, and industry practice
Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues by concerned policy, process, and regulatory compliance
Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance-related decisions to concerned stakeholders
Designing and implementing new processes/tools for the beneficiary of the bank
Evaluate own system and policies in comparison to industry
Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end services facilities by the concerned policy of the Bank
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and way
Assisting the HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system
Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in the academic career.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 Years
3 to 10 years experience in a Bank
Additional Requirement
Graduation/post-graduation in Management or HRM will be an added advantage.
Having HR related professional degree will be an added advantage.

Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (BLA) and Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR)
Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
